Great hotel and great staff especially the service was wonderful. Mr. Hayri Mr. Serdar Mr Ferdi Mr. Enis was fantastic waiters and amazing service. Them all was so precious in order to deliver good service. No doubt I will choose this hotel again. The hotels lokation is super convinient!

Today is my last day here. Everything was really good during my 3 days of stay. I hope to come back next year. There is nothing to say about the front desk staff, Mr. Hayri. He is really a good person. This business should value him.

I was well taken care of from the moment i stepped into the hotel lobby. Excellent respectful and professional staff particularly at the reception, bar and restaurant. I will always be grateful to the like of Talya, Emir, Hatice and Batuhan among many staff that made my stay worthwhile and rewarding. They are very friendly, joyful and always willing to offer a helping hands. I will recommend Cettia Hotel for anyone as their services will meet your needs from where to stay while on holiday to a very good working environment.

My stay at Cettia Istanbul Hotel was overall pleasant. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with well-maintained rooms and a convenient location for exploring the city. A special mention goes to Mr. Duran, Mr. Ufuk, and Mr. Batuhan, whose professionalism and helpful attitude made a positive impact on my stay. Their commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly appreciated. The facilities were decent, and the service was attentive. While there may be room for improvement in certain areas, the staff’s dedication and hospitality made my visit enjoyable. I would consider staying here again in the future.

I booked the cettia in Istanbul to attend my graduation. The location was perfect. You can also use the metro station it connects most lines. The amenities and services are top notch. Overall, it was an amazing experience, the breakfast had a lot of varieties, service was fast and efficient, rooms were clean. The receptionist was accommodating to our needs for a bigger room. I’d like to thank Bahatun and Mert for their help with our luggage. The staff are kind and friendly. Thank you for being a part of my graduation day, it’s truly a day to remember. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Cettia. The breakfast buffet was great + fresh and worth the money. The housekeeping and reception staff was very very accommodating about requests. We were a family with two toddlers and had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to Ufuk, Elif and Mert for being great hosts ensuring all our needs were taken care of. Will highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Istanbul. Great well-connected location, great staff and great facilities.

We had 2 rooms, they were clean. One of them was designed like wheelchair accessible but the other one was actually a bit bigger than this one. We, however, had to accept it because we needed wheelchair accessible bathroom which the bigger room did not have. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Duran behaved very nicely.
