Great hotel and great staff especially the service was wonderful. Mr. Hayri Mr. Serdar Mr Ferdi Mr. Enis was fantastic waiters and amazing service. Them all was so precious in order to deliver good service. No doubt I will choose this hotel again. The hotels lokation is super convinient!

The location is super , Where everything is  available (restaurants, bars, metro station , metrobus and shopping mall ), Very  close to Taksim Square . The room  was clean .  staff is  very friendly and professional. Specially Mr Okan in front desk .He upgraded my room free of charge. Management sent fruits to my room . House keeping is very good and clean my room every day . Two times asked for drinks at  bar They gave it to me as complimentary.. Wifi is available and internet is good Thanks for Your hospitality....

I was most impressed by how amazing the staff were, the front desk concierges, the cleaners, the bar staff, the staff in the lobby and at the door welcomed me with so much grace that I needed during a particular surgery that I came to Istanbul for. This was an amazing experience and these staff deserve credit. Special thank you to Yaseen and the other reception staff that were so kind and helpful. Please, please, please thank them from the bottom of my heart and grant them all raises for their outstanding work ethic and hospitality.

Hotel was close to the subway station. There are many supermarkets around the hotel. the room was clean enough.
